    The staff was very warm and friendly and Everything that was broken, was fixed immediately. Very good breakfast
    Lots of noise on the Weekends because of one Club. For me it was no problem at all.

    Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Bath jacuzzi was a nice touch. They made us feel very welcome and gave us good tips for dinner and things to do.
    No running water in our room in the morning However, the staff we very apologetic and gave us access to another room to shower in the morning before we left and discounted our minibar bill as an apology.

    It gives an idea what people in some places of the world experience frequently.
    We stayed in Hu during a flood. The quarter surrounding the hotel was flooded - kneedeep - and electricity had been cut. But the staff made the best of it. They prepared a meal for thise who wanted because restaurants in the neighbourhood were closed because of the water. So kudos to the staff and especially to Emma.
    They should have an emergency plan for situations like this (generator, flashlights )

    Good value for money and good location. Very friendly and welcoming staff who couldn't do enough to help me. Emma was particularly helpful and kind helped organise a day trip for me, print off boarding passes, arrange a taxi and even got the kitchen to do me a takeaway breakfast for the airport.
    Hotel is on main walking street so when I arrived on the Saturday it was very noisy until early hours and then also at 7.30am. Can't be helped by hotel and they did say to me on arrival it would be noisier at the weekend but something to think about if need to get up for early starts.

    Emma & Katie we're great, good welcome (drink & fruit) & explanation of hotel & area. Location perfect for visiting sites & getting picked up for tours. Laundry service was overnight.
    Neighboring property is a kareoke club. Can hear the base beat through the night. Didn't keep us awake but noticeable.

    Unforgettable fabulous professional staff and management.
    I had an injury to my leg whilst staying here, the management and all the staff were absolutely supportive, helpful, loving and did everything possible to make my stay comfortable. It was like being at home. The staff here are the best I ever encountered in all my many travels.
    The noise factor from the night clubs is an issue but this has nothing to do with the terrific staff.

    Thank you for making my birthday sooo special.
    The jacuzzi was an excellent addition to our trip. I was staying here for my birthday. They decorated the bed and surprised me with a cake too. It was a spacious room and we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. You made my birthday so much special, Orchid hotel. Thank you so much for making the trip so memorable and cherishable. Special thanks to Emma and Kaity for their special provisions.
    Please get the flush repaired in the room.
