We loved the people. They were all very friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to accommodate all our needs. Julia was specially attentive and took very good care of us. The best capuchino!!! From the manager to the bags handker made us feel like home.

We think there are some rooms that need a make over. We didn't like how small the showers were in some of the rooms.

Do not come here. Couldn't pay me to return.

EVERYTHING. The room was falling apart. This was the worst start to a holiday. Couldn't pay me to return. I debated moving to an alternate hotel it was that bad. It is not worth the money - do not book here. The room was falling apart: the mirror was worn through, the shower drain didn't work, bathroom door was rotting, sofa was stained, furniture is poorly painted in black paint, the cupboard door was falling off, the wardrobe door couldn't open as the bedside table was in the way, the heater thermostat was falling off.
