    Amazing experience. Staff were friendly and informative. The safari drive was great, Francis the safari driver was kind and knowledgeable! The food prepared everyday was delicious.

    November 2023 - Definitely not luxury - low budget stay & mediocre staff.

    Manager highly unfriendly & arrogant. Be aware - they dont charge in advance as stated on booking.com and you will need to pay there with a card charge of 5% on top of the bill. Despite the luxury title, it is rather basic. Not really clean. Before 6:30 there is no service of warm water. Also not always enough water to get a shower. We were in two other camps before and they were really much better than this one, even though on a comparable price. Important if you want to feel safe - the tents dont have a platform, so when animals are around you will be completely exposed. The other camps were all build on platforms. This might be a problem as well in case of rain. The restaurant is also only build on the ground and not really clean. Food was also not satisfying. Compared to other camps, the staff seems less engaged and partially does not understand English.

    All the People working at Osero is grate! They make us a birthday party full of surprises! We slept With the sounds of lions and hienas! Absolutely great!

    We loved the place and the staff.
    Nice property in the middle of the Serengeti. Good location for game drives.
    It was not made clear that there was a hefty charge for any alcohol. We also needed to haggle over the bill a bit.

    Osero has an excellent location in the Serengeti with wildlife able to roam into the camp. (We had a lion outside our tent one morning). The staff are all really friendly and welcoming, the food was good and the tents extremely comfortable and clean. We booked a guide through the camp and we got Francis - an excellent guide, really knowledgeable about the animals and where to find them and great company to be in a Safari truck with for four days.

    This place is amazing. Sleeping surrounded by animal. The food is very very yummy and the stuff is very carful to gluten and dairy free requirements

    Good Budget/Mid Range Option
    Good location, loved the hill for sunset/sunrise. Food was pretty good. Only two other tents were occupied during our stay so it felt a bit secluded compared to busier campsites we visited.
    This camp was a bit shabby compared to another one we stayed at in the park. Parts of the tents were broken or falling apart and we could only shower with hot water at scheduled times. We could hear the staff talking loud at night from our tents as we were trying to sleep. One of the staff interrupted us at dinner to ask me to pay the bill which seemed like poor timing. A good budget midrange option nonetheless.

    A true bush camp experience with animals visiting the camp and very comfi tents. The staff makes it absolutely amazing! Compliments to Molel the manager and our guide for the day! Absolutely recommend

    very very memorable stay
    The Serengeti is a very remote place and getting here is quite a trek. You expect the minimum is such a remote place and are then welcomed by friendly staff and taken to your tent home. Tents are big with quality fittings. Excellent bed. Dinner was a pleasant 3 course surprise , given how far the chef is from supplies. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended
    it is not cheap but good value if you can afford it

    Perfect place to stay in the Serengeti
    Osero camp is an amazing place to stay! The staff is super attentive and even offered us some wine at the sunset. The food here was really good and the closeness to nature (at night you hear the lions, zebras, etc. next to your tent) made it an amazing experience. Our tent was very spacious, with a nice bathroom and a good shower. We fully recommend it :)
