About This Property

Smart Property implementing the newest technology where guests do online check-in from the comfort of their homes. Our building door is accessible on 1st entry via a keypad (code is given via an email on arrival date) and later via a physical key retrieved by guests from a locked box inside the building that will allow access to the flat / room as well as the building door. Before making a booking, it is essential that guests, on arrival date, have access to the email address that will be used to make the booking. With stylish décor, wooden flooring throughout, air-conditioning/heating, a fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, free toiletries and free Wi-Fi access, these flats are a 5-minute walk to Paddington Main train station and Paddington Underground. It is 10 minutes walk to Edgware road and a few stops on the bus to Oxford Street (shopping area) giving you extensive links to many prime London locations and attractions. Laundry facilities are available. Each kitchen features a cooker, a fridge, a microwave and kitchenware for guests to use. All units also have an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and free toiletries. Hairdryers and ironing equipment are both provided.

New year in London

The accommodation is near the underground stations (Paddington and Lancaster). There are stores in the Paddington station if you need to buy groceries. The place was quiet. And the mini kitchen is quite handy as well. They gave us a heads up not to let anyone just go in because when we first checked in, a lady outside the property tried to go in with us pretending to help us how to get inside and show where the keys were.

We checked in 30th December and the wifi access they gave us was not working at all. We didn't get to use the wifi until 1st Jan 2024 (Although they were very helpful in trying to sort out the problem asap). The television did not have any access to any cable network so we did not use it at all (Had to use mirror screening to connect our phone to the tele so we can watch something).

Superb

The location is great for public transportation, it may be small within walking distance to Hyde Park, but I think it is quite sufficient, fast communication and solution oriented. I can definitely stay there when I come again.
