    Extraordinary view and delicious food
    Very nice and kind stuff. They offered us many advices and they are super friendly. Extraordinary location and splendid view. The diner in the restaurant is also very delicious.
    The bassin in the bathroom is not very practical. The water splashed a lot while usage. Furthermore, the room services only offered one bottle of water everyday and they forgot for our third day

    Fantastic stay!!
    All staff were exceptional! The bartender LD was so friendly and recommended some fabulous restaurants! We had a suite overlooking the Arno river. The views were amazing, and the room was so comfortable, spacious and quiet, despite being on a busy street. We would definitely return for another stay. 5
    We loved everything about the property and the staff!
