The hotel is very well located, quite nicez the staff were very friendly and the tuk tuk to the car park was very helpful

The mattress wasn't the best but it was not terrible and I managed to get a decent night's sleep. The breakfast was OK

The location is excellent and the room was large and very nice. The breakfast was very good.

Parking is hard to find on the streets and to find a legal spot even ore difficult. The location was worth it.

Theft of cash from purse (+300) at hotel..No investigation only blame.

Proximity to centre.

Many things!!!! 1.My Mam had hundreds of euros stolen from her purse while at the hotel. We knew the exact 45min window when it was taken but the hotel refused to say if someone entered our room during this time or that they had made the slightest attempt to look back at CCTV. Very upset by the event & their emails of blame. 2. Our air conditioning unit leaked & service ppl had to call to the room (evening event, theft was am). There was no offer of goodwill from the hotel for the inconvenience caused (we actually let it go, but bc of issue no. 1, I am mentioning it here). 3. We asked about parking & were given three options (all pay parking) before eventally being told of the free car parking. I only booked this hotel bc it said they had free parking. It was a 25 min walk away!! 4. We were woken by bottles crashing into a recycling truck from circa 5am. We, conversationally, mentioned this to staff, wondering if it was every morning (it is!) & they commented that "our grandparents woke to a cock crow, we wake to breaking glass" (not amusing considering this was our most expensive stay on the trip!) 5. Air con unit was right by my bed & so loud that we couldn't sleep bc of it. Worst experience of our trip. Worst being the theft & associated response that made us out to be liars!! It is a long road that has no turning!!!

Great location.

The location was excellent, in the old town on Garibaldi square. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the square. Very easy to walk and explore the old town from the hotel.

The room was a bit bland, overall theme could have been better. As a solo traveller the room was fine, would have been small for 2 people.
