The room was beautiful! The location is the best you can get. The staff are all very helpful and charming.

I expected better views. The view is out to a street adjacent to the square, not on it. So you are looking down the street to see the duomo.

Stylish old hotel in perfect central location.

Perfect location just off the Piazza Duomo. Very helpful staff (lots of good restaurant recommendations). Nicely done rooms - good mix of traditional and modern comfort.

It would have been nice in a place where they set up tables, to actually serve breakfast.

Beautiful old building, don't be put off by the lift once on the 2nd floor you are presented with an amazing surprise. I liked everything about this unique Palazzo.
