The location of this establishment is undeniably picturesque, deserving a high rating.

Upon our arrival for a reservation intended for two guests, we were provided with only one key. The explanation given was that the establishment was at full occupancy and they had run out of keys. Regrettably, this posed an inconvenience as the key not only grants access to the room but also controls the room's electricity and entry to facilities like the gym and spa. Furthermore, the insertion of the key serves as an indicator of room occupancy. Unfortunately, a "do not disturb" sign was not made available. With just one key in hand, there exists the possibility that one guest may inadvertently disturb the other by leaving with the key, potentially leading to an unexpected encounter with the cleaning team. Another issue arose about the spa facilities, as it was necessary to make reservations well in advance. This information was solely accessible on the website, with no accompanying booklet within the room or any information available at the reception during check-in. Even when booking through platforms such as booking.com, this detail was conspicuously absent. Furthermore, there was no external signage at the spa to alert guests to this reservation requirement. Despite these omissions, we were informed by the front desk that this information was prominently displayed "everywhere". Regarding breakfast, the issue lies not in the quality of the food but in its arrangement. Guests are expected to prepare their own coffee using an automatic coffee machine, which tends to operate at a rather sluggish pace. Consequently, there is a bottleneck effect in a confined space where all the hot food is situated. This results in those waiting for coffee inadvertently impeding the access of others seeking hot food. Another shortcoming was the absence of replenished body wash after the first night. Furthermore, the claim of soundproof rooms, as mentioned on the website, was not accurate.

Friendly and helpful staff, lovely room, couldn't have enjoyed our stay more , will definitely stay again. Great Central location handy for the station and Old Town.
