    Celebration of our 25th Wedding anniversary. Perfect in every way.
    Location was perfect being right on the beach. The restaurant was most welcoming. Staff were exceptional in ensuring we had a wonderful time. Hot tub on the bedroom balcony was perfect, clean and switched on every day. Although out of season (Nov-Dec), there was an enjoyable and varied buffet breakfast. The evening meal was an impressive choice, cooked individually. In season, we understand there would be the usual full buffet. We intend to return.
    Difficult to find anything.

    Lovely quite place out of season. Friendly staff and great to have my own private jacuzzi.
    I loved having my own private jacuzzi on my terrace. The staff were very friendly and surprised me with a gift of a bottle of wine for my birthday. The location is very close to the beach and the local bus stop. I was there out of season so the area was very quiet as a lot of places were closed.
    Better indication of food that is suitable for vegetarians would be appreciated though the staff were helpful in pointing out meat free food.

    Cute hotel even in the off season.
    The room was really lovely, the hot tub worked a treat and the bed was really comfortable. The lady at reception (sorry didn't get her name) was also extremely friendly and helpful. She even brought balloons and a bottle of wine up on my birthday Breakfast was included and yummy. The portion size at dinner was also huge, the meals were delicious.
    Out of the hotels control but the mosquitos. A mosquito net in the rooms could be a good option. Unfortunately the person who works in the spa wasn't there during our stay, so we weren't able to book in there as we'd have liked to.

    Perfect location and friendly staff.
    The hotel is located right on the beach. Very modern and spacious rooms. Staff is extremely friendly and the breakast offers a wide selection. Helen, the manager, was so kind and gave me a free room upgrade. I highhly reccomend this hotel if you want to stay close to Heraklion.

    Beautiful hotel, directly by the sea
    Really lovely hotel with great staff. I booked with dinner, which was really good food, every night. Rooms are modern and beautiful. Very big and beautiful garden. Also its one of the very few hotels in Greece offering half board or full board all year, since this hotel also stays open in winter.
    There is only one small disadvantage: the pool is small.

    Overall good with one thing to work on we would return to stay again.
    Modern and spacious room. Clean with enough in-house entertainment and facilities.
    Pool wasnt clean when we arrived nor was it the duration of our trip
