Exceptional

Great place

Great place to stay on Phi Phi islands! The hotel is located centrally near all the shops and cafes, only 5 min walk to the beach. It was freshly renovated and looks fantastic. The staff was also lovely. Great value for money. We would return again!

Very noisy from other guests staying in the hotel I dont think its very sound proof so we were unable to sleep. There was also dried up blood on my fresh towel so it hadnt been cleaner properly. The bathroom has a foul smell constantly coming from the drains and the location of hotel isnt the nicest.

Good

The location was great, a short walk to Ton Sai Pier. The room decor was very modern and clean looking, also very spacious. Good lightning. Large comfy bed.

Slight smell in the bathroom, can be unpleasant, but they can do more to mask this by using stronger scent diffuses. This is an issue with the island as a whole rather than just this hotel, they are trying to improve the island sewage system.
