Accommodation Review: - The photos on the app were misleading and did not match reality. The villa I received did not have the beautiful surroundings as advertised. However, the villa itself was spacious and clean, and the cold pool was a big plus. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. - The internet in the accommodation was extremely slow and only usable for social media. It was very difficult to work if needed. I tried to address this issue with the accommodation manager, but without any success. The reception informed me that the network in the area was overloaded. - Due to the internet problems, I had to end my stay after 2 days. Unfortunately, I did not receive any refund, not even for the unused breakfast. - When I asked for assistance with a taxi, I was offered a price of 450K, which was supposedly a good deal. However, I found out that the price through gojek was only 160K, so I decided to find alternative accommodation to be able to work.

OK stay but better find somewhere else.

Private pool and very spacious villa.

Floor was dirty, old dated and we didn't got any privacy as every time we went out, staff turned off the Air Con in the room and close all the windows. We left it on as Bali is very hot, so we expect to come back to the cool room. I wish I just stayed in another hotel or resort with the price we paid.

The staff were incredible. My friend broke her phone and they helped her organise someone to come to our villa and fix it within 15 minutes, and they were very very helpful at all times. breakfast was delicious and the bathrooms were very big.

Only air conditioning in the bedrooms so its very hot and its a little rundown. Also the pool doesnt have any open area for you to get some sun if you want a tan as it has a roof

The treatment of employees is very unfriendly, and differentiates between guests who stay for 1 day and 1 month, especially for us local people, I hope this can be improved in the future
