This property does not offer accommodations for wedding receptions, large gatherings, or late-night parties. There is no charge for utilities, including water, electricity, WIFI, high-speed Internet, cable, and pool cleaning service. This property complies with Hawaii?s new rental ordinance. No sublet is allowed. The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for 30 days, and no one else may occupy the property during that period. Rates are based on a 30-day rental period.
