Passable

It was great family time but ended in sickness that we believe was from a lack of cleanliness.

I liked the amount of activities on offer for the kids.

The waterpark has cloudy, dirty water. We all got home and ended up with influenza A after our stay.

Awful

Food at restaurants was good.

Room was filthy, cockroaches, pool was packed like a tin of sardines and definitely people off the street rather than for only resort guests. Paid $700 a night for a family room that was utterly awful. No aircon, no power points in the kids room, TV didn't work.

Comfortable room but overcrowded and expensive.

Its in a good location to the beach and Cavill.

Its so expensive and super busy by the pool. The section we stayed in was quite dated, but comfortable however to eat at the cafe or restaurant was quite overpriced. We had just stayed at the Gold Coast Big 4 which just had more room/you werent on top of other people and the food pricing was reasonable. I had high hopes for this one and potentially wouldve liked it more had I not stayed at the Big 4 for the first half of our trip.
