    Wonderful if you have the money and want a once in a lifetime experience.
    Location is unbelievable. Inside the Alhambra complex. Staff friendly and helpful (if not always present in the cafeteria).
    Access is a bit of a puzzle in a car - but that is totally due to the location, and you only have to do it once.

    At the very heart of the Alhambra, a very human experience
    The Location of this Parador is, of course, exceptional. However it is the staff who actually make this place a complete delight. Everyone was... well , amazing, but Nestor, in particular, on the front desk is also a fully qualified guide as well as being a rather wonderful human being.

    Fantastic situation, helpful staff, historic building.
    We both shared lunch in the hotel cafeteria and within a few hours I was violently ill and in bed and by 8 pm by wife was also ill . We missed dinner, had a very bad night and left the next day only able to eat a croissant and a portion of cereal between us. The staff were helpful but although we had paid for dinner and breakfast there was no offer to reimburse us. This was our 50th wedding anniversary treat and it ended up as a nightmare and has spoiled the rest of our week away. We couldn't eat another meal for two days The room had not been checked before we arrived and had a standard lamp with the shade broken off and sitting on a chair but the light was still plugged in with the broken bulb holder exposed. The light switches were not fixed securely to the wall. The bathroom radiator was damaged, working but not adequately fixed. Very disappointing.

    This is a historical hotel and already a sight in itself, surrounded by a park. It is located in the historical Alhambra - perfect for those who have Alhambra as their main target of visit. Granada city center is within a walking distance.
    On the first night, we ordered food from room service. However, dinner started late, at 8 pm, and near the hotel were no other restaurants open in the evening. The receptionist who communicated with us about the service was very impolite. He claimed that what we had ordered wasn't on the menu, even though we checked the menu provided via a QR code in the room. He insisted it was his duty to inform us that we had read the menu wrong. One wouldn't expect such service given the price of the room. Thankfully, all the other receptionists were friendly, just not this one.

    A thoroughly enjoyable stay at the Parador - definitely recommend it.
    Location of the hotel was amazing. A beautiful setting for a romantic few days away. Staff were friendly and helpful. Clean and airy feel to the place.
    Would have been great if the bar served cocktails.
