Met our expectations and sorry that we were only there for 1 night.

Beautiful City View with the Winter Lights. Room is very large and comfortable. Room was away from Lobby area which meant it was very quiet and peaceful.

Glass Door to Bathroom was a slight hazard. It does not open when the main bathroom door is open. Otherwise everything in room was excellent.

I liked the beds, they were comfortable.

The bathrooms at the ground floor had a sewage smell. The bathrooms need upgrading.

The distance to city but we already knew about this prior going. We can compensate this for the excellent view.

The Parador de Toledo is a great stop before heading back to Madid.

The Parador is situated on a hill and overlooks the old town. The views are spectacular! Our room was very quiet, and comfortable and the balcony would have been a perfect place for an afternoon drink. The hotel has a cafe in addition to the dinning room. Great stop for a drink or light meal. There was coffee and tea in the room, which is appreciated. There was lots of hot water to enjoy a wonderful soak after a day of walking in the old town. Using the taxi to go to the old town proved to be the better way to go rather than using our car.

As with many hotels, the lighting is poorly done. Just not enough light in the important places.

A Wonderful Day in Toledo

As soon as I arrived at the accommodation, I was surprised by the wonderful view from the balcony. The balconies were connected side by side to each room in the accommodation, and we couldn't go back and forth, but it was even better to see the wonderful view while greeting each other. Sleeping in a warm bedroom, I could see a wonderful view, and closing a nice door was dark, so I could take a good rest. It was a shame to stay and leave for just one day. I want to stay again next time and recommend it.

The water I felt when I brushed my teeth smelled like light soil.

Old fashioned solid front door with a handle everyone has to touch, not hygienic. Some staff were not engaging, probably being trained.

Good location, lovely Spanish feeling. Excellent views!

We arrived at 1 am so so having car park made it easy. The views of Toledo from their coffee shop are amazing!

Very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is very noisy. You can hear the sounds of other rooms and footsteps. 4th floor room is essential if you are a light sleeper.
