Nice apartment.

Nice room with sufficient space for accommodation for 2 weeks.

Some lights not working, damage from water leakage, this could be improved.

Very good

Nice property in downtown Dubai, in need for some operational improvements to get 5 stars.

The view from the balcony is amazing and access to the rooftop swimming pool is certainly a great plus for this property.

Check-in / out procedures are quite confusing and not very convenient. Process could have been initially better communicated and more automated, it feels. Water pressure in the bathroom is quite poor, but thats not a big issue.
