Very good

Good for the price, needs some refurnishing, breakfast is below average, but you cant expect better for the price :)

Very good

The view from the balcony was awesome. The bed was not so much comfortable. Breakfast choice was enough.

The room need some repair.

Worst coffee i have ever had, no elevator in the whole hotel, no water nor soap in the room, the room door cant be locked from inside, on Sunday the electricity went out the whole day

The water and electricity shut off for one day led to very cold swimming pool, no private beach, no towel changes, no helper to carry your luggage over the stairs. Smell smoke everywhere.

Exceptional

A solid 3 star hotel experience

The room was exceptionally clean. The breakfasts were very nice - not just basic cereals/coffee type like you get in many cheaper 3 star hotels, but some actual menu to choose from (albeit the choices are limited). All the appliances in the room were working flawlessly. The bathroom was very clean, no signs of mold (even though I stayed on the ground floor during the wet season). If you're looking for a modest but decent hotel in the area, this is definitely a good choice.

I liked the location of the hotel. Staff were very helpful. I arrived at the hotel very late and they assisted me to my room. Breakfast staff were helpful as well. The room was clean but the towels were dirty. Breakfast was standard. No fruits on the buffet only contained fruit salad.

Staff has no idea of customer service, they are not there to service you, you will not be treated has a customer, only as someone with a wallet and credit card - I've been a road warrior for more then a decade, been on al major and minor hotel chains, this is for sure one of the Hotels i will never visit or stay again.
