the location is perfect, the staff was polite and helpful, the breakfast is sufficient and delicious

the pillows are not comfy, tbe bathroom door cannot be closed

The shower is broken for 2nd and 3rd day, also the receptionist is very slow responding, no communication and connection for their work, I am asking for my receipt while so far I havent gotten it! And I have paid the city tax and parking, even got the receipt while the reception still ask for my payment before I left when the time is tighten for airport taxi. Even they lied to me saying they would send a receipt of my staying while I have never received

Centrally located with easy access to the metro and within walking distance to the beach

The location was central that you can easily walk to the beach and catch the metro to go someplace else. It is also reasonably located that you can feasibly walk to Las Ramblas. Plenty of cafes and restaurants around and there's even an Aldi just around the corner if you need some supplies.
