Great location

Not enought light in the room, room is dark, impossible to read. Bed frame looses some pieces from every touch, maintenace required. Poor ventilation in toilet.

Helpful staff, nice location - (Be careful PAID parking!)

The location was quite good. The hotel is just next to the central main station. By walk it takes around 20 minutes to go anywhere in the center. Room was really big and comfortable but the floor was not that clean. Staff was really nice, helpful and smiling always.

We go there by car and parking was 25 Euros per day. I thought it was already included in the booking but it was not. It is a lot and it should be free in my opinion. I guess it mainly like that in Netherlands and Belgium and this policy should be changed in all over these 2 countries. Really bad for the travelers. The parking place is underground parking and on the other partner hotels underground parking site. When my friend drove there, he made a mistake(went through wrong street) and the police officers give him a fine around 175 Euros. That part was quite bad experience for us.

Really Nice Experience. Super Lovely Staff and Great Location

My recent stay at Park Inn by Radisson Antwerpen was nothing short of fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, with the city center just a stone's throw away. The iconic big wheel and the central station are right outside the hotel, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the vibrant city of Antwerp. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and service. The rooms were well-appointed, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist, ensuring a pleasant stay throughout. Don't miss the candies at the reception. The highlight for me was undoubtedly the prime location. Being so close to the city center allowed me to easily explore Antwerp's attractions, vibrant streets, and charming cafes. My rating of 9 reflects the overall positive experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to choose this hotel for future visits to Antwerp.

Disappointing

We slept very badly, as there was a strange noise, like scratching, randomly throughout the night. When we complained in the morning, the lady at the reception was just laughing and telling it is the ventilation/air-conditioning. Not worth the price we paid!

Nice welcome

The heating system of the room did not work. It was to warm in the room Altough the staf was aware of the problem they gave us this room After complaining we got a room in an othet hotel (Radisson Bleu)
