Go to Sanford often and stay in B&B's. Never again in this one.

Was suppose to receive a text with door code BEFORE arrival, Got there -- no code -- had to call to get it.
Beds were too high for 80-year old men to easily get into. Dangerous.
Dust on lamps -- I could write in it.
Slats on venetian blinds broken off -- let in light.
On corner of 13th Street...busy and extremely noisy all night. Morning traffic was really awful.

the kind of place you stay away from until you absolutely have to go to your room.
quiet location and kitchen was nice.
outdoor area was seriously neglected, nothing like the pictures. the living room couch could have come from a frat house, terrible. we found that the chefs suite was due for renovation; ac was noisy, picture sitting on floor in bedroom, old sign in bedroom with outdated directions. talked to the owner who acknowledged all of this and more with no real solution.
