Friendly, clean, comfortable, great breakfast and great location.

Really friendly people, breakfast was lovely. Nice clean room (room 11) with really really comfy bed and en-suite. Plenty of tea and coffee available in room. Right next to the beautiful Peasholme park and a 2 minute walk to bus stop for South Bay and railway station. About a 4 minute walk to the North Bay Beach which has a couple of nice bars and cafes. You can get an open top bus to South Bay from opposite the lovely Watermark cafe. Walkable to Scarborough castle, but very steep. 15 minute walk along the coast line to Sea Life. Walkable along the coast line from North Bay to South Bay approximately 20 mins for abled walkers.

I would recommend the Park View to all

The owners were lovely, helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Immaculate place, clean, lovely room, warm, the breakfast was perfect and the breakfast room was fab.

Everything was great, couldnt fault it at all.

Bed was comfortable, Breakfast Room was lovely. The same amount of detail required for Room Host was very welcoming and friendly

No USB charging points in room ,power sockets not easily accessible Lack of resort imformation (bus timetables facilities etc ) beverage etc ( a couple of tea bags and some instant coffee not quite enough ) Lack of toiletries 90 per night for room a bit overpriced
