    The room was small but ok. The breakfast was good. Wifi was ok.
    There were flying bugs in the room. The bathroom was very small, the shower needed repair. The location was a little cumbersome to reach by foot.

    Thin walls, no sound proof. When the neighbours go to bathroom or take a shower, it feels like in the own room. Not even a proper glass, all plastic.

    Exceptional Staff. very kind and helpful. Also gave us tips for the region.
    Poorly soundproofed rooms, separated beds that were moved together but didnt stood together (very comfortable mattress though)

    Cosy hotel with inside a park
    Very quiet and green environment up on the hill. If you like nature and enjoy silence, this is a very suitable envionment. It's been my second stay here.

    Lovely hotel property and would gladly stay again
    The hotel is quite lovely, as well as the location. Staff was very friendly, the room was nice and clean. It was quite hot when we stayed and we were happy to see the windows were already open. The breakfast was very nice.

    Great stay, will stay there agin if I go back.
    The room was fine, and breakfast was great. Not a lot of choices, but what was there was great. The location is quite far from public transit, There is a bus every half an hour or so, but only during workdays and it does not operate at night. It is possible to walk from the old town, and the walk is quite nice and scenic, but it takes at least 30 minutes.
    The toilet flush system in my room was not the best. It had no reservoir, only a push button directly connected to the water line. So when flushing, there is only the pressure from the water pipe. In some situations, it may take several tries to successfully flush.

    Walkable to the Castle, budget-friendly, free street parking
    Very friendly and easy check in. The hotel is an older building and feels like it even with renovations. However, the room was spacious and clean, and the mattress was very soft and comfy. There is free street parking available, but we did have to park down a couple streets to find a spot available. Walkable distance to the Heidelberg Castle, which was nice so we kept our parking spot on the street. It's a good hotel to stay at for the price.
    No close restaurants unless you drive or walk a far distance. The hotel is on top of a hill so walking down isn't so bad, but walking back up is brutal. There is no close bus stop, so you must take a taxi if you aren't driving by your own car. Breakfast was very expensive and we opted out.
