great location, comfortable and functional

good room, with views, very comfortable bed. Location in the middle of parramatta could not be better, just a five minute walk to the theatre and close to nightlife and restaurants, Staff were efficient and prompt.

Not enough toiletries (only one bar of soap). Parking at $35 was expensive, found free parking a short walk from the hotel on the other side of the river. The hotels' guide to nearby restaurants was almost all establishments featuring high prices and low quality (ie, tourist traps - presumably they paid to be in the booklet). Use an online guide instead.

Superb

Staying in the heart of Parramatta

Excellent facility with lovely rooms. All amenities were provided. was very busy due to new year approaching but still treated and handled well by the staff. Paid underground parking available. enough elevators to handle the guests. Located at the heart of eat street Parramata, wonderful food options around. lots of hustle bustle. train station & Westfield Parramatta are also very near.

Parking a bit expensive at 35$ a night. beds could be more comfortable.

Nice place, ridiculous bond policy

I dont understand the $200 bond required. There are plenty of nicer venues that dont ask for that. They held $200 on my card and 6 days later I am still waiting for it to be returned
