The largest pool was freezing cold , only the smallest pool heated which got busy at times. There is a lot of noise outside the front of the hotel late at night till about 12ish , mainly from the childrens playground , this may be a problem if your room is near this area or are a light sleeper .Ask for a rear facing room

An ideal place for a quiet hedonistic getaway.
I liked everything about this hotel. Especially the pools and the pools area.
The ocean view is definetely worth to pay for.
Drinking whatever you prefer sitting on the terrace and listening to the tide was priceless.
The kitchen had anything you could need, so cooking was a pleasure here.
The location is the huge advantage.
Perfect for travelling with kids.
There was nothing to complain about.

The hotel's outdoor space is very well-designed and maintained. The kitchenette in the room is equipped with all the basic kitchenware for preparing breakfast or even home meals (not necessary as there are many good and affordable restaurants nearby). The bathroom and room are very clean. The loggia offers fantastic views of the hotel's pool and the ocean. The hotel is situated at the beginning of so-called the Golden Mile of Tenerife Costa Adeje region, and the price does reflect this prime location. Everything you need will be within walking distance. The hotel reception staffs are very helpful and considerate.

There is free parking in front and near the hotel but hardly any available space (a common issue in Tenerife). The hotel does offer discount parking in a nearby (~100m) underground garage, guests need to arrange this at the front desk. The beds in my room were two flimsy single beds while we expected a double queen-size bed for a couple. Perhaps we missed the option when made our reservation.

Oceanfront serenity
Love that its right by the ocean and close to restaurants, bars and shops. Its at the end of what they call The Golden Mile.
The ocean / pool view apartment was superb and we could hear the sound of the waves crashing.
There isnt much going on in the complex itself, however it means its nice and peaceful to sunbathe, swim and relax. More suited to couples and older ones looking for a quiet place to stay. Parque 3 is better for young families in our opinion.
Our apartment looked nothing like the photos, which was a little frustrating as we were a party of four adults and booked on basis of these pictures.
Our 3 bed apartment was a duplex which was never mentioned in the description or photos. Thankfully we are physically able to take the stairs but again it wasnt in the description. As the stairs are marble they were slippery and I slipped down them on one occasion.
As our bedroom was on a mezzanine it meant that as a couple we didnt have a door to our room, not only did we lack privacy, we could hear every sound downstairs, which wasnt ideal.
It would have been nice to have a bar open in the evenings around the pool / garden area. But there are plenty in the area. The wristbands that are put on you upon arrival are rather ugly pink neon and irritating; akin to a hospital tag. Needless to say we removed them!

Alright rooms. One staff member really rude to us on arrival. Below average stay and wouldn't advise
Room was nice and big.
On arrival, card machine didn't work. Not a problem with our card as we used it all the way through the holiday with little to no problems. Was made to feel like an inconvenience in the hotel lobby. Made to go to ATM and lost nearly 45 compared to what it was going to be on the card.
On being shown to the rooms, we had lots of bags in our hands. Literally dropped it and the receptionist saw - just decided to sigh at us and carry on walking. So rude, couldn't make it up!
