The resort is really nicely located on the beach, but the approach road is quite bad (unpaved and bumpy). The breakfast was basic and there seemed to be a lot of staff just hanging around the restaurant which detracted from its charm

Best peaceful place in goa to stay.
The stay, staff, breakfast and most important the location is just best if you need peace and want to witness some amazing golden hours.. everything you need is nearby. Its next to burger factory morjim. Hungry hippies, tomatos and you also can do surfing on the beach.
There isn't anything to unlike about this property. Its 10 on 10.

Located on a beautiful part of Morjim beach. Very polite and helpful staff went out of their way to help us when my son had a mild stomach bug. Clean, pretty room. Basic amenities - only basic breakfast without any other meal options and a tiny pool. But we were there for the beautiful beach. And the beach and the wonderful staff made our trip.

Great location and staff but food options could be better
Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable.
Breakfast options weren't mostly the same everyday. I understand it was the off season but the menu was a little too limited even then.

Beautiful find and fell in love with the property !Will definitely come back again
Everything! Extremely happy about deciding to stay here. The rooms are beautifully designed , thoroughly cleaned and well kept . The staff is courteous and attentive. The property is just what I was looking for . Small, quiet, quaint and tastefully designed. The breakfast was good. Limited , but freshly made.
    Nothing! Everything was perfect

It is a good place all things considered
The location is good in terms of access to the sea. It is not very convenient in terms of access to the village. Breakfast is OK, The staff is very friendly and attentive. It is clean and generally quiet.
We were at the end of the monsoon season so we did not expect to find the hotel completely different from the photos. The huts were covered with plastic to protect them from the rain but that's OK considering the weather. There were no sun beds and parasols though a few other hotels had them. I would advise everyone to be mindful of the season.

This is my second visit here.. the first time was a fabulous experience overall and this time turned out to be disappointing in many ways. What continues to be good about this place - 1. The accommodation - clean, convenient and well kept 2. The staff are friendly and helpful 3. The proximity to the beach continues to be a plus
    1. The pool wasaintained very poorly - we found a big fish swimming around on one of the days, the tiles on the sides and floor are chipping away - making them dangerous as they can potentially cut out feet or bruise our bodies, the ladder to get in and out of the pool is very shaky and looks like it could break off any minute under our weight - I remember sharing feedback on the ladder ever last year when I stayed here.. it's sad to see nothing has been down to fix or replace it .. the pool overall was a huge let down 2. The entire menu in the Felix cafe attached to the resort was the most disappointing! The entire menu was limited to East Asian fare and the buffet breakfast was very unappealing without much to choose front.. we skipped eating breakfast there the next day. One of the best parts of the stay there last year was the exceptional food at the cafe.. we were raving about it to everyone we met.. the quality overall has dipped quite a bit this year unfortunately 3. The access to the property continues to be a huge challenge especially while driving in a car- the roads are muddy, bumpy, narrow and with almost no lights in the night... one would have to navigate the entire drive from the main road to the resort extremely cautiously to avoid mishaps

    Good
Peaceful, family-oriented stay, right on the shores of Morjim beach
Located right on the beach at Morjim; quiet, sylvan settings; comfortable cottages; excellent front-desk and support staff. I give the front-desk staff a full 10 for their prompt and quick service, and their polite and friendly attitude. The car and bike rental services that they have tie-ups with are also good!
The restaurant and catering facilities need a lot of improvement. Most of the menu items are not available, including the cocktails, which is unacceptable in Goa! Breakfast service is just about okay. On the day we reached the resort, it was lunchtime, and we first walked into the restaurant for lunch. We had just reached there after a 1-hour 45-minute drive from Dabolim airport. We were promptly told that we'd get no food because they were short-staffed in the kitchen and there were too many guests. Readers of this review must know that there are no other restaurants in the vicinity unless you have your own vehicle to drive at least 2-3 kms from the resort to the nearest alternative. Eventually, things ironed out, and the food we got on subsequent days was good, but be prepared to hear more "Nos" and "Not available". The best thing to do is ask them what's available that day, and just choose 1-2 items from that. The pool is a tiny tank, so you'd be disappointed if you carry a lot of swimwear expecting to do several laps in the pool or lounge with a drink in hand in the pool. The resort is at least a kilometer away from the main road. The road is unpaved at some points and cuts through village homes and coastal countryside, which, although picturesque, is devoid of shops, dept stores, or restaurants.
