Good location, comfortable stay, friendly and helpful staff

The accommodation is close to the beach and located next to Talos Plaza with plenty of restaurants. Free parking is also available in the plaza. Katerina at the reception was very friendly, helpful and gave us a very warm welcome. She also assisted us to carry our luggage to the room. Our room was of good size, clean, tidy, modern, quiet and well-facilitated. The bed was very comfortable. We are very satisfied with this accommodation.

The location is not central and a bit far from major attractions. However, driving or public transport was not an issue for us.

Comfortable , clean , spacious apartment in Heraklion

The room was spacious , clean and comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable mess I have slept in during our 3 week trip . There was a large patio and black out shades kept the room nice and cool : the coffee and sugar and cookies were provided ( Nesoressp machine ). Short walk to ocean, supermarket, bars and restaurants . Staff was wonderful: property is very new and modern

No issues , just somethings to be aware of : there is a very small elevator if you happen to be claustrophobic, it might bother you . The streets are very narrow and if you are driving it can be nerve wracking : parking is free and available but a short walk

Exceptional

Everything. The place is clean, the staff is very kind and helpful. The area is great, close to the sea, restaurants and 15 minutes from the old centre. They gave us an upgrade for free because it was in the middle of the week and had better rooms. They even gave us a playist on Spotify to listen music and made us a very comfortable evenings. We are thankful and we'll come back next year.
