    cleanness of the room
    there is no security guard at the night so I struggle while getting into the hotel room . There is not even a single staff to open the door at night .

    I am happy I choose peace and joy guest hotel
    Receptionist were first class, polite, helpful. Location was good as there were plenty of shops around. View from rooftop towards the mountain were surreal. Room was clean, smelled nice, air condition worked.

    Awesome bed. Immaculately clean room, some street noise. Wifi moderate. Bathroom had no ventilation.
    The room was very clean. The bed was amazing! It was so comfortable.
    The bathroom had a persistently bad smell - bad enough to dread going in there. The bathroom was very clean, but there was still a smell. There was also no ventilation in the bathroom, so it was extremely damp and wet.

    Room and staff were friendly, would stay again in more busy seasons but perhaps the description could be more accurate
    Breakfast was unavailable. No air con. Was unaware of terrace/kitchen until we found it ourselves. After learning of the water top up station, when we went to fill up about 9am, we were unable to access it - the kitchen was locked?

    The room was clean and large.
    Upon arrival, we needed to pay in full upfront, which is something I have never needed to do at any hotel in any country I have stayed at. We were not prepared for that and did not have the money on us. They allowed us to pay what we had that night and the balance the following morning. After a long travel, this was not a great welcome. Two of the three nights we stayed there, we did not have hot water, as advertised, which was something we were really looking forward to after not having hot water for two weeks during trekking. The mornings were loud very early, and the evenings had many barking dogs when we were trying to sleep. It was not peaceful. The day before I needed to leave, I visited the office to see if they could help arrange a taxi for me to go to a bus stop, but the woman there did not understand and did not speak English. This is the first guesthouse I ever stayed in where they were unable to assist me with making travel arrangements as simple as ordering a taxi for an early morning pickup.
