definitely not as in the pictures, the furniture was old, the walls dirty and the area shabby; it was close to Khao San

not much to like, it was quiet, but that was about it

the room was dirty, the pool not really inviting and the breakfast poor and the same every day

Room was comfortable, wish we could have enjoyed the pool more.

The Deluxe Double room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were helpful, supportive and kind. Offered airport drop off, and have a self service laundry. Air conditioner in the living and bed rooms worked very well.

There were only 3 lounge chairs by the small pool area, which were always occupied. Meaning there was no space to relax by the pool, this was disappointing when on a relaxing holiday. The room has a living area with a bench and large fridge. However, there were no basic utensils. This was disappointing as the restaurant was only open for breakfast, and we couldnt bring local food back to our hotel for consumption. Otherwise; good.

Very good

The location is clean, staff is english-speaking and friendly. We had 3 days of breakfast and the buffet spread was quite delicious. Staple asian food and they have the usual toast & cereal corner. The hotel is a walkable distance to Khao San road and walking through the neighborhoods brought us many exploring opportunities. The hotel staff is very friendly and we requested for extra pillows as they were a little low to our liking.

The soundproof of this hotel isn't the best but still tolerable (our bedroom faces the pool so the noise came from the children playing below, granted that it's still OK as it's during the daytime). The only thing we didn't like was the location because the access of the train stations are all quite far, so most of our mode of transportation was either by foot or by Grab/Bolt/Taxi.

good location, there is a swimming pool

when booking, I requested a cot for the baby, but when we arrived at the hotel after a 7-hour flight, we were offered to wait for the crib for a few more hours. It was only after the scandal that the crib was quickly found and installed. the room was very dirty and had a lot of old furniture. the floor is terribly dirty and there are fingerprints on the ceiling in the bathroom.re-glue the wallpaper.the impressions of the hotel were not the most pleasant. I do not recommend staying with children under 3 years of age
