Superb

United is nice and courteous person. Always ready to help and comfort your stay. Location by the Tea Garden excellent beauty of nature can be experienced. Safe location for a family stay.

He doesn't have assistance. He manages from his family members.

Exceptional

I was lucky enough to stay for a week in this magical place, 20 minutes drive from Munnar (those who don't drive can always take a rickshaw, that's exactly what I did), the view to tea fields and on the other side to a tropical forest. The owner is amazing, who took care of everything needed and very delicious breakfasts that the family prepared. Those looking to be away from the noise and enjoy the beauty of nature, this is the place. Highly recommend

This was a nice enough place to stay for one night. There was a good few ants and bugs that came into the room unfortunately. Maybe an insect repellent or regular checks would be a good idea. The family were very nice and the breakfast was good.

Too many ants and insects which could easily be deterred with frequent checks and repellants.
