Peaceful Resort , Long Beach - Koh Lanta

To start the staff made out that they were upgrading me from my delux room to a standard bungalow. This was 100% not the case. They did this to two other couples as well while I was there. Who were too, very annoyed when they saw my new room - the original room they had also booked but didn't get. It became very clear very quickly that they just wanted to get more money for our original rooms, which is why they essentially downgraded us. We had all paid a cheaper price. I booked mine on black Friday I got a deal and the others booked theirs long in advance. The resort was then advertising the same room for nearly 60% more than when we booked for the exact same dates. - Night one. Cockroaches in the bathroom. I was heavily bitten by who knows what and to be honest I dont want to know. There were multiple bugs everywhere. Even oelic acid stains on the tiles left only by dying cockroaches. - Day 2 a colony of ants in the kitchen and running up the bathroom wall. I had no food out in the bungalow at all only well wrapped in the fridge. This led to an extensive spraying of their insect repellent all over, meaning for at least 4-5 hours I could not enter the bungalow at all because of the fumes. Windows had to be kept closed to not let more bugs in as there were no fly screens, giving it no chance to air out. It was very hard to sleep that night because the fumes were still rampant. I was smelling something off so I removed the blanket covers and was shocked at what I found. A huge very obvious urine stain in the middle of the blanket. I was disgusted. See photos below. This could not have been missed by housekeeping when changing the bedding as it was huge in the middle of the blanket. On both sides. They just chose to ignore it instead. I had been sleeping in someone's urine. I showed them and requested all the bedding and blankets to be changed immediately. I was made feel like I was asking for something unreasonable.
