Location is great. Reception and housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. They try their best to serve.

Towels were not available when i checked in. Fridge wasnt turned on. I had to ask and remind them.

The worst hotel I have entered in my life, it is full of insects and lizards, and it is not clean. There is unspeakable disturbance at the end of the week. I stayed in it for 14 nights.

We had an issue with the room and the staff immediately helped us to solve it. They were kind and available. The swimming pool was amazing.

The rooms were not super clean.

we do enjoy our stay since we have gathering for family event, but the property needs so much to improve in the future.

the room is spacious and quite comfortable

the room and facility is not properly prepared by staff. We booked for family room with living room and kitchen, however the kitchen is barely can be used from the start, when we complained seems like the staff had so many excuses. we have 4 air conditioning in the room with only 1 remote control. The swimming pool has to many chemical for the children feel itchy after they went swimming.

I didnt get towels until the last day and I cancelled the included breakfast after the first one because it wasnt very good. one egg and a few chips wasnt what I was expecting. also very poor wifi.

Beautiful peaceful setting

Very big room & amazing location, though a bit hard to find at first, I really loved how it was set back in a quiet residential area. Beautiful pool & patio.

A couple things could have been better, only enough toilet paper provided for half our stay and another guest had the same problem. Room lock was temperamental and shower drain was clogged. In general though it was a lovely place and I will go back.
