Comfortable, but correspondence could be better.

Modern, clean. No time limit for breakfast.

Location on roundabout, had to be careful driving into and out of property. Not much plant based milk for tea, etc; Fridge noisy in the night, difficult to sleep. Note about staff. As I was going on a trip I was unsure if it was still going ahead as the weather was bad. I explained this and asked if they could reserve another night as the date might change. They were happy to do so and I was very grateful. I kept them up to date whilst awaiting confirmation, but felt very embarrassed when they asked me to confirm the date as they couldnt keep the reservation whilst I decided what I was going to do. I felt the tone of the text message was a bit blunt, they couldve said something along the lines that they would keep the date open for a specific time. I was very grateful that they could reserve another date for me, but as the company I was travelling with were taking their time to let us know, I did feel as if I was being blamed for not confirming the date I was attending. Future reference, I would just say to think before sending a text message.

Disappointing

Not far from the train station

VERY NOISY. The room was next to a very busy roundabout and there was all night traffic LIGHT. There were no roller shutters or something alike BAD BREAKFAST. The breakfast was not good, only some cheap products from Tesco, nobody there

Very good

We only stayed one night. I was hanging for a good sleep but beds were so hard and pillows flat.

Next door to Asda and free parking

Beds were very hard and pillows were flat. I woke up in back pain and head ache.

Spot on!

Top marks because after using the communal kitchen to sit with my friends staying in another room. I returned to my room to find my bed broken. One of the legs had clearly been snapped and the bed just resting on it. Looks like the previous visitor has not reported it as the bed appeared functional until I lead down. I called the contact number at 8.30pm, they answered straight away and under an hour had been and replaced the bed. I thinks that's just excellent service. Fresh breakfast was waiting for us each morning (for us to prepare) we could request specific things if we wanted. We didn't need to use the kettle in the room as the shared kitchen had everything and it was easier to nip down and make a tea/coffee. I also brought 2 bottles of conditioner instead of a shampoo so it was handy there was some on the shower for us. Not single use items - better for the environment.

Everything was very clean. Hi tech rainfall shower. Excellent bathroom mirror and lighting. Owner very helpful with plenty of kitchen facilities. Newly decorated to a very high standard. Perfect for a group of us for family wedding. Very close to all supermarkets.
