Good

Location is good. In 1 minute you can be the market square and the heart of Heidelberg old town.

The room is small. Although the kitchen facility and tableware is provided, but the mug is not cleaned well, still see some dirt or coffee mark inside. The sound isolation of the room is terrible, we heard the noise from pigeons outside almost all night till the morning time.

perfect location . Fast response. Clean room and facilities. They serve fresh water and cups.

The location was good and nothing else. Everything else was very disappointing. I would rate Pension Jeske 2 out of 10. It is falsely advertised online and in glossy brochures at the premises. I would never return here. It is for backpackers only. I would like a full refund from booking.com. I am a loyal customer and have never asked for a refund before. We were locked out when we arrived. No reception is offered since Covid. Instructions sent in German, not in English. No tea or coffee and 3 week old milk in fridge. Shower blocked on second day. Our room was unattractive and not set up for a couple as requested. We tried to stay elsewhere but it was the weekend and all hotels full. Please forward my email to Pension Jeske and request a refund. Sincerely, Sarah Beck.
