Left stranded

We have pre-advised the property that we would be arriving around 3am. They gave us the code to the lock box and our room number. On arrival, we opened the lock box and there was no key in it! We were stranded outside and had to keep ringing the doorbell until another guest eventually let us in. The guest tried calling the owner for us and there was no answer. Just when we had resided to a night of sleeping in the corridor, we found the key in the drop off box (inside the property). If it had not been for another guest hearing us, we would have been left out on the street all night. It is now 2 full days later and the property have still not read or replied to my messages sent through the booking.com platform that evening. I also informed the owner the next morning (despite the language barrier) and there was not even an apology.

Kitchen not enough cutlery, water in bathroom smelled of rotten eggs, toilet wasn't clean.

Very big and bright room, fast respones from the host, good WI-FI. Very comfortable bed. Good for a night's stay while in transit through Vienna.

Hair in the shower, dirty microwave, noisy neighbours and street. Far from the city center.

comfortable beds and nice big room. friendly service and conversation with Agnes

doors lock from the inside but only with the key. if someone were to leave the key anywhere aside from the keyhole during the night it would be hard to find in an urgent situation like a fire. this is a major fire hazard

There is a safe outside of the hotel for which you receive a code and get your own key. In the ad it says theres a rest

no hot water in the shower one day, no elevator so not very easy to get luggage to the second floor
