Staff was not helpful at all during im was arrived at the hotel with 3 luggage and no one of the staff was offer for help even to bring the trolley,they just mention the trolley was over they..i was bring alone all the luggage by myself to 3rd floor

Good location good breakfast

There is no parking for a short stop over to grab stuff from the room. Vacant parkings are there but all with a reserve sign. Hotel should do something about this for the convenience for all guests.
