    Make 4 stars better then 3 stars
    very central, beautiful cosy rooms, good breakfast - only highlight was Pedro generally the stuff is friendly but I had not the impression that they try to solve the problems
    They dont respond important mails, heating in my first room was not working got a new room, app for room service was not working, tv some programs were not working.and they didnt fixed it. I wouldnt consider it as a 5 * Hotel
