Friendly staff and great location, just a short walk to the front and away from the noise of the main roads. Rooms clean and comfortable, with a nice pool area. Valet service available.

The room was clean.
The structure of the hotel is less luxurious than it looks in the pictures. Part of the common areas, like gym, bar and restaurant looked abandoned and it felt like the hotel did not care about them.

Everything ! Hotel is in a great locationof
, a quiet
area, but few blocks from restaurants,
bars, beach , and shopping. The staff is exceptional, very friendly, offer suggestions etc.
This is one of cleanest hotels I have stayed at in long time. The standard room is spacious, beds very comfortable, toilteries in bathroom excellent quality.
I definitely would stay here again and
recommend to friends.

Fantastic location, spacious rooms, great staff!
Location is fantastic - one street behind some great restaurants and walking distance from all the other streets and the beach. (Try Rosetta Bakery for breakfast!) I'm always picky about the bed and pillow but they are very comfortable. Staff is very friendly, goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. A few staff members even remembered my name! Rooms are spacious and two free water bottles are provided daily. Can definitely recommend!
Walls are thin between the rooms and staff/guests can be noisy with closing doors. (I woke up several times at night/in the morning due to that) Can be easily fixed with a soft-close mechanism. Fridge/AC can be noisy at night but luckily they are easy to turn off and control yourself.

The property definitely needs a restaurant, having to go somewhere else for breakfast is strange, with a little work this property could be great. The pool area needs to be updated, the workout area is odd, some of the room decor needs updating, and we had a great balcony but the furniture was all rundown.

I was very disappointed and expected so much more than I received in terms of basic services.
Staff was professional and helpful.
I arrived late at night. After unpacking and getting settled, I went into the bathroom to get ready for bed. After brushing it otherwise, using the sink, I discovered that the pipes werent connected properly and literally everything from the sink was going onto the bathroom floor. It was fortunate that I noticed before I slipped and fell with potentially serious consequences. It was nearly midnight, so I got on my hands and knees to mop up the water from under the sink and behind the toilet and then went to bed. The hotel moved me into a different room for my last two nights. The next night, there were repeated fire alarms at two or three in the morning. After finally getting to sleep again, I woke up because the room got so warm. The furnace was not working, so I had to get maintenance to come fix it, which they did. I paid about quadruple their normal price to stay in a hotel that did not provide very basic comfort and services.
