Helpful

The staff was very polite and helpful. They patiently helped us with all bookings, and kept messaging us so that they could pick us up on time. The place was clean too and very convenient, 4 mins walk to the beach and 5/8 mins walk to pier.

Pleasant

The rooms were big and very comfortable. Everything, bars, restaurants and beaches are withing walking distance from this hotel.

I could hear the music from parties next door until 4 in the morning. But this is to be expected on a party Island like Phi Phi.

Very poor

Terrible to sleep at due to the party bar across the street. They blast music until 2AM. Decent hotel without noise.

Really kind staff. Close to restaurants and beaches

Hotel was across from an Irish pub that blasted music until 2 AM. We were unable to sleep because of all of the noise even after changing rooms. We stayed five days like this.

The Hotel is actually OK - nothing to write home about, but OK, facilities work

The receptionist is a Thai version of scrooge - there is an air of fear of the customer and greediness that makes the whole experience creepy. Had to deposit 1000 THB in cash for the key (unusual I think but, well OK). When I checked out, she wanted to see the receipt she gave me - I did not bother looking for it, it was just going too far, so she had me sign receipt back of the money, but would not give it to me before the room was checked for damage. In the room there is a crummy laminated note showing what happens to you if you damage anything. I don't normally damage properties and I am not used to this treatment. The fact that the key deposit suddenly became the downpayment for any damages she would chose to identify made me profoundly angry. I will never return to this place.

Really great local hotel

A gem of a hotel, located close to the hustle and bustle. Tucked down a side street with lovely spacious rooms. Spotlessly clean with modern facilities. The staff are amazing and theres a large communal balcony on the top floor.

Clean, respectful, & they don't give you a hard time like many places on Phi Phi at this price/area

I was surprised for Koh Phi Phi! I lived there a long time and visit once a month. This time, my normal place was sold out. Many places in Phi Phi are strict but they were really chill

Not a complaint, but my "balcony" was absolutely hilarious as it was just a room with plants in it behind the front desk. My girlfriend and I are going to laugh about it the rest of our lives.
