The room service, offered by the hotels Brasserie, was a highlight of our stay. It was a delightful surprise to receive such prompt, non-soggy, and tasty food directly to our room. Additionally, the gym and spa facilities, particularly the complimentary hydro bed massage treatments, added a luxurious touch that enhanced our overall experience. A notable mention must be made of how efficiently the staff handled our booking mistake. Despite having booked for the wrong month, they adjusted our reservation without hesitation, showcasing their exceptional customer service.

I had a higher expectation when I chose and booed the hotel.

The location was not a good for taxis or Uber but maybe it was very busy weekend. I had requested no dairy in my diet or food but it was not available as everything had dairy including bread. For a five star hotel I would expect that it is offered as a choice even if a limited choice. And the room didnt have any view.
