Massive room with lots of amenities. Comfy bed. Good walk-in shower.

Bit out of town but most things to visit in Chiang Rai are dotted around so we hired a motorbike and it was fine.

Good price, breakfast its not that bad if youre not fancy, free water

Location its not the best youre 15min walk to the city in the 38 degrees of Chiang rai its not easy. No restaurants close only a little shop (no 7eleven) AC didnt work, Wi-Fi didnt work. Theres no lift and they didnt offer help for your bags (first time in Thailand)

Nice stay in a quiet location within walking distance from the centre

This is a nice hotel In Chiang Rai in a quiet neighbourhood, but still within walking distance to the city centre/ night market/ clock tower (cca. 10-15 minutes). Breakfast was included, which was basic western one (toast and tea/ coffee) still fine for a hassle- free nd quick meal to start the day, but a small selection of other kind is also available for a charge at the hotel, or there are local eateries/ street food nearby (1-3 minutes walk), a small shop is also approx 1 min walk from the property. There are some parking spaces available in front of the hotel, thus suitable for guests arriving by car/ scooter. Room was clean, beds were comfy, shower was hot. Not all the staff speaks English, but all of them were nice and smiley. We had a nice stay there.

Amazing budget stay.

The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. We really felt welcomed with our children. Whenever we asked for something we got it straight away with a smile ( fresh towels and extra pillow, ). Simple but clean room. We where surprised that basic breakfast with toast/jam and coffee or hot chocolate was included and we could refill our water. Great parking for motorbike and I think even car. Cheap restaurant and store around the corner. Amazing value for money. A great example that low budget can be great.

486 Baht for a basic room with good powerful hot shower and reliable WiFi. recommend this place for a short, budget stay. However, take the cheaper option without the breakfast as youll end up getting breakfast elsewhere anyway.
