Lovely Hotel, delicious food, excellent location

Lovely Scottish Country Hotel atmosphere.

The Admin re our booking was not the greatest - they hadnt picked up our payment through Booking.com.

Dont get dinner here - actually try to stay somewhere else.

Breakfast was poor - the coffees were lackluster and so was the buffet. Pitlochry and the surroundings of the hotel are beautiful. The fireplace is fantastic when / if lit.

Room was falling apart, curtains were hanging off the rods, shower door was broken and there was a bit of mound everywhere.

Superb

Another wonderful visit to Pine Trees Hotel, our absolute favourite place to stay.

Our room was very comfortable, warm, and very clean. we had actually stayed in this room on a previous visit. Beautifully decorated for Christmas, a lovely breakfast, and dinner was very good too. Its under new management, and we had some lovely chats with the manager, and the new staff members.

We missed some previous staff members that we had got to know a bit. Absence of a biscuit, or treat with the coffee. My dessert was not up to standard, so i had to return it. {this was very unexpected, as its always been top notch on our previous visits}

Great overnight stay!

I stayed here with family for the Enchanted Forest and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I like the entrance and the grounds to this hotel and was able to get a parking space no problem. Staff were so friendly and attentive. The breakfast was great and plenty of selection. I really liked my room although it's not my typical choice of decor, spacious. Easy check-in/check-out. I'd definitely stay here again for sure!

Parts not maintained properly bucket on stairs trip hazard. Light switch replaced gap on side where child could insert fingers.

We loved the Ambience of the place felt relaxed from the start hotel staff were inviting professional we felt individual they were accommodating. We did not eat here as wanted to explore Pitlochry however breakfast was outstanding staff were attentive. The building is clean relaxing welcoming and home from home for us so felt relaxed would definitely recommend and hope to return in the New Year. I talk about this Hotel to family and friends all the time a great memory for us. Thank you

There is No Negatives about this Hotel just keep doing what your doing and your have repeat customers returning time and time again.
