    The staff members were friendly and helpful.
    The property itself. The room was hoary and the safety is not 100% guaranteed because the gates are always open whereby even a mentally unstable person went through and woke me up whilst sleeping due to the noise he was making.

    The view for upstairs rooms. Cleanliness of the bed.
    The matt were dirty and when you took off your shoes you must put your feet on dirty matt then climb on the white sheets. And again the shower tube doesn't release water properly . There were no towels i only found 1 towel and we were a couple.
