We travelled with our child and there was a bit of a drama before we arrived because they didn't have a baby bed for the first night of our stay (we made two separate booking since we decided to stay an extra night in Toulouse).
The initial solution the man offered was for us to pay extra for a different room with two beds(!) which would have been useless for me as my daughter rolls in bed so could have fallen off, to bring our own baby bed (as you do when you come from abroad) or to cancel the booking at our cost (this was the day before we travelled so it meant I had to lose the non-refundable booking and find a new hotel last minute).
Thankfully they had a cancellation so we could have a baby bed and the problem sorted itself, but I didn't find the staff were particularly helpful or professional with how they dealt with the situation since it caused a lot of unnecessary stress which you don't need when travelling with a 2 year old.
We then booked a taxi through reception and were assured we could have a car seat for the trip to the airport. On the day, one hour before the taxi arrived, I went to reception to double check the taxi was booked and the girl told me that they had been informed that a car seat wasn't available. If I hadn't checked with them nobody would have told me, there was no communication about it, I had to find a solution myself last minute.
I also found the facilities were a bit dated and the bed was hard and uncomfortable.
I think it's a good hotel to travel if you want a nice location and the breakfast is good but I wouldn't say it's a 4 star experience at all as the staff at reception didn't seem particularly friendly. I wouldn't recommend the hotel for families with young children as there might not be a bed available and it's adding extra stress when you prepare your trip.
