Disturbingly Awful; Better off sleeping in your car.

There isn't anything to like about this property.

Someone entered our room at 10:30pm due to double assignment of the room. We were forced down to reception as a result. The staff were very lost. Place looked and smelt disgusting generally. Every door looks like it was busted in. None of the facilities were working. Addicts roamed the corridors causing havoc for people. Police cars were handling some kind of incident when we finally decided enough was enough and left at 4AM. This place is the least safe and least clean I've ever felt in my life.

Place is dirty & attendant is rude worst stay ever.

There is nothing to like about this property. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights & when reach in the rooms the sheets were dirty & there is roaches in the place, I even video the roaches & showed the video to front desk & the receptionist said they are aware & the reason for all thats going on is that they are under construction (refurbishing the place). Smoke smell is everywhere in the hotel except for the lobby. Carpets smell like the never clean before, very old bathroom that is rotten. I asked front desk if I could cancel & they said NO! then I ask could I at least change my date to 1 night as am not comfortable there front desk replied Sir! You did not book with us you need to contact your agent shub is booking.com I contacted booking.com & they ask us to send proof & we did, booking.com then contact the hotel & ask for the change which the hotel accept & a email was sent to me from booking confirming the change was approved with my new checkout date. We then checked out the hotel the following morning & to date I have seeing my refund. When I call the front desk the lady was being very rude & said I should call back in the morning cause management is not there to deal with this issue & before I could say another word the person hung up. Front desk attendant was rude & disrespectful from the day we visit the hotel, she was there playing music on her phone while she ignores some questions & answered in a rude way if she answer. I would never stay back at this hotel & I would like all others to be aware of this hotel. I really hope management get a professional receptionist after they refurbish as the one there will crash that business with her attitude.

Go somewhere else, it is not worth the price

Surprisingly, the room was very clean and smelled clean.

This hotel really needs to be closed down and be totally renovated. It has so much potential. But I understand that it is mostly used for homeless families and that's OK if it's only used for that purpose. Paying guests deserve a lot more from this establishment and none of the amenities were available (i.e.the pool) I've been here many times before only because it's cheap but I really will be looking for another decent hotel to stay from now on.

WiFi connection was bad had to switch rooms 6 times because the doors dont closed properly.

The ladies at the front desk are super nice.

The room advertises on site is nothing alike!! book reservations on booking.com online one price when I arrive at the property it was a different price!
