    Modern Homestay in Fort Kochi
    A/C plus fan. Comfortable bed. Large windows. Communal fridge. Cleanliness. Friendly, helpful family owners. Wifi. Having a small desk.
    Mosquitos that would come into the bathroom via openings, then migrate to the bedroom. Bathroom screens would easily solve this problem.

    You wont find better than Poetrie - trust me Ive looked!
    Believe the reviews!! Impeccably clean & bright, no bugs. A very happy & relaxed stay. Best accommodation during my travels. I from the UK & felt very much relaxed & at home. There is hot water, AC, fan, good wifi, good electric sockets & kitchen area for guests to use. Water, kettle, fridge, tea coffee sugar is all available. Location is perfect. Everything accessible yet quiet at night. Im a clean freak so very pleased with the standard here. The family are warm, very helpful & welcoming. Sheets are super clean as well as the pillow itself & bath towels. I extended my stay & would absolutely come back! The maintenance of this place is spot on. They are totally on it. Other home stays can learn a lot of Mini & her crew. If youre looking for a safe & clean stop look no further- a hidden treasure in Kochi! Thank you for your kindness :)

    I have never stayed in a better homestay it was perfection great location immaculate in every way good size well furnished room very comfortable bed great common area for having breakfast and meeting other guests.I could not recommend this place more highly

    Sometimes the bugs come from outside (there was a hole in the bathroom for water drainage)

    Very clean rooms and bathroom. The cleanest we've been so far in our trip. Very helpful and nice family owners. Welcomed us and helped in all our tourist questions and recommended cafs and restaurants.

    Excellent!!
    Excellent homestay, super clean, great shared kitchen/dining area, so quiet we barely even heard other guests. A little bit away from the busy part of Fort Kochi, but walkable and easy to get a tuktuks, if you like a quiet neighbourhood it's perfect. Wonderful host, generous and helpful, allowed us to check in at about 4am after our flight arrived 2.30am. This place is a great choice.
