This stylishly restored, 106-year-old historic, self-contained cottage features 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom and 2nd bedroom have a queen-sized bed in each and the 3rd bedroom has 1 king single-sized bed and 2 single-sized beds. For your entertainment there is a full HD, LCD, LED Smart, TV, VHS, DVD player, CD player and wireless Bluetooth speaker. The verandah overlooks the front garden and has 2 lovebird garden timber seats. There is an outdoor entertainment deck with 2 sling-back beach chairs and a matching table with 6 antique white timber chairs. One of the bedrooms has an original Kauri, ornamental pine fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen in this free-standing house has a microwave, a large refrigerator and a modern dishwasher.
