Good

The staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The owner went above and beyond to help us out. The grounds were beautifully maintained. Each room was just a couple of steps away from the pool and the hotel was only a short walk to the beach.

The amenities in the rooms could be improved. Some newer towels, fix the water pressure in shower, bottled water supplied in rooms each day would be nice as well as some more supplies other than a bar of soap. This is the only downside to this otherwise beautiful accommodation.

Very relaxing in a beautiful garden.

Beautiful pool and garden , well kept and clean. Bungalow spacious with air con but a little dated. Staff very friendly . Simple breakfast but good.

Location near the beach but its where they launch the dolphin watching cruises . 2km from the main town.

Pretty accommodation but still disappointing because we got fooled. We will not stay here again.

Nice garden and pool, pretty accommodation.

We were completely fooled. We were lured to reception under false pretenses only to be sold all sorts of activities at a very high price. We were sold a plankton tour, which is supposedly super popular and offers a lot. The man completely lied in our face about what the tour was like. We also paid way too much money for it and were told by other participants (who were equally disappointed) that they paid way less. And when we wanted at least a partial refund because we were lied to, they continued to lie about what we had supposedly booked and we were insulted. Is this how you treat guests? Making fun of them, taking all the money out of their pockets and then insulting them when they say something about it. We leave disappointed and angry. We didn't feel comfortable at all. Be careful and buy your activities and tours somewhere else.
