Since Since the owner did not provide us with a key, we were unable to lock the house doors nor the doors of one bedroom. The only explanation we were provided was that the the previous residents had lost the key. He provided the key after we strongly requested it. The employee entered the house whenever he wanted, without giving us any advance notice. He also wanted to enter the room of a sleeping guest twice, regardless of our multiple objections. Stating that he is looking for sth that his friend might have lost a couple of days ago. The bed linens and towels did not seem clean and had a weird smell, one towel had a hole in it. The living room had a security camera, meaning that we felt like being under constant surveillance. We had to pay for our 3-day stay in cash, including 1 million VND deposit, although it was not stated on booking.com page, which was something that the employee strongly disagreed on with us.

Good stay

I justed stay in the villa in only 1 night. I think everything met my expectations. The room is clean with enough standard- equidments. The staff is friendly and helpful to me. They provided me information I need during my stay. I surely be back when I have any chances to work in Da Nang.
