    we will not return before hot weather
    the thermostat was stuck at 17C the whole hotel was cold we had to demand an extra heater for the room, the staff are superb but let down by the cold. breakfast was good.

    Hotel rooms were clean
    Food was awful no vegetarian option whatsoever. The same food put out Christmas day lunch leftovers were served again at dinner and then lunch and dinner the next day. Reception staff rude and unhelpful. Payed for two rooms one family and one double gave us both double. When I went to reception they said nothing to do with them speak to booking.com. Booking .com contacted them that day. only then did they decide put a note through our door a day later went to them and they said the room is gone now we was going to put you in. Cant change you now. Tried to speak to a manager for refund never around. Disgusting customer service. Only nice to you if you are Spanish. Avoid

    Very attentive to my wife's mobility needs ,especially at meal times , great disabled room .
    Steep ramp for access. Very packed bar/ entertainment area not suitable for wheelchair.

    A very enjoyable few days. Have stayed at the Fiesta Park before and will definitely return.
    Spacious, clean, good variety of food. Location close to shops, buses and beach.
    Internet was very hit and miss. Extra blanket would have been useful during the winter season.
