Superb

The hotel is clean, modern and stylish as well as being incredibly comfortable. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful.

The 7 flights of stairs to our room got tiring!! Other than that it was fantastic!

Pleasant but not spectacular

Location

We had no milk in our room and we were also very disappointed that the dining room offer was stripped right down, having read several positive reviews about it, which was the main attraction for coming to Port Hotel. The breakfast was tasty, but not as expected given the price bracket for the hotel. The vegetarian option was just scrambled eggs, and there was nothing cooked that vegans could eat.

Lovely place running at half mast.

Beautifully designed, lovely location, very friendly staff.

We were informed via Whats App on the morning of our arrival that the restaurant wouldnt be serving lunch or dinner during our stay. This should have been made clear before booking as it diminished our experience and wasnt what we signed up for! Consequently, we had a nice bedroom in an otherwise empty and place with little atmosphere or food! Its had a lot of good press but I feel we didnt got the true Port experience.

Poor

Over all, it was a joke paying more than 200 for a 2 sleepless nights.

The Location.

The building entrace is dark and not visible..we walk pass it. No lift and the steps is quite stiff to go to the room. Bedroom was not ready when we arrived-so we were upgraded to a room with a seaview but it was dusty and have had an awful sleep as we can hear the cars from the outside. We were moved to our original room the next day as it was already cleaned and ready for use. But it was horrible not to have your own privacy when using the shower and toilet.
